Images created from data provided by Dark Matters Astrophotography:
At Dark Matters Astrophotography, we understand the value and importance of the images created from the data you purchase from us. As stated previously, the data contained within the digital download from our service is proprietary and cannot be shared or distributed outside of its intended use.
Customers have the exclusive right to use, modify, share or otherwise distribute any images they create using the data contained within the digital download for personal or commercial purposes. Dark Matters Astrophotography does not retain any ownership rights over customer created images and will not use them for any purpose without the customer’s express consent. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their use of the created image complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Consequences of Sharing:

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Dark Matters Astrophotography be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our products or services.
Indemnification Clause:
Should it become necessary for Dark Matters Astrophotography to pursue legal remedies to enforce the terms of this agreement, customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Dark Matters Astrophotography for any and all expenses incurred to bring such legal action, including but not limited to attorney fees. Disputes shall be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Washington.

Usage of this service is bound to these policies and terms as well. Any violations or actions that break an agreement made with Dark Matters Astrophotography are bound by the Indemnification Clause within and are subject to adjudication in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Washington.
